- Do not use the API to spam, harass, or store illegal content.
- Do not depend on undocumented endpoints or undocumented behavior — they may change or disappear without notice.
- Do not publish signed CDN URLs (e.g. those returned by blob or thumbnail) on the public web.
- The API is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Your data
You retain ownership of all content you store in mymind. The API provides access to your data — it does not transfer ownership to mymind or any third party.
Third-party and agent access
Sharing an access key grants the recipient — whether a person, an app, or an AI agent — full access within that key's scope. You are responsible for who you share your key with and for any action taken on your behalf. mymind is not liable for data accessed, modified, or deleted through a shared key. Revoke keys promptly when they are no longer needed.
Changes and deprecation
mymind may update, deprecate, or remove API endpoints at any time. Breaking changes are communicated in advance when possible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Credit costs may change as the API evolves. Pricing changes are reflected on the Rate Limits page; integrations should not hard-code credit costs.
Termination
mymind reserves the right to suspend or revoke API access at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
No warranty
The API is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. mymind makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may be inaccurate. Use of the API is at your own risk.
